1.The Library of Nakhchivan Antonomous Republic named after M.S.Ordubadi(here in after referred to as”Library’)is the Central Library of Antonomous Republic ,is the national state book….. And the book funds of the library are the cultural wealth of the Azerbaijan nation and are protected with a special regime by the state. 

2.Library is open to all citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic and uses it free of charge. At the same time may be subject in addition to labor additional paid services (photo copies, to prepare particular form of readers’ tickets etc.

3.Use from library is only carried out on the basis of the reader’s ticket. While entering the library in the control-checkpoint reader must be presented a ticket to the supervisor. While a reader ordering or purchasing a book and administration or officer on duty at the library required the reader’s ticket must be presented.

4.The person who lost the reader’s ticket must apply with the relevant application form to the registration unit.

5.To give the reader’s ticket to other person is prohibited. If this happens the reader is deprived of the right to use the library.

6.Each reader while passing the checkpoint-control must take control sheet and there must write his/her name, the surname and the number of the ticket.

7.If the reader cannot show his control sheet the literature is not given. 

8.While losing it immediately apply to the control-checkpoint and the librarian who serve you.

9.To give the literature to other person or to leave from the control-checkpoint is strictly forbidden. 

10.It is forbidden to enter to the library with upper clothes and with mobile phones.

11.It is forbidden to bring to the library copy materials, photos, case, bag, photo camera. The things must be surrender to the wardrobe.

12.The persons who rend or spoil the literature are bear responsibility in the manner by law.

13.Use the directory and files politely. It is not allowed to write their questionnaire, to rend, to take out and it cannot be to put the catalog cases aside from catalog boxes. 

14.The literature of each sub-fund of the reading room of the hall can be used only in that hall.

15.The books which are allowed to take from library and other information carriers must be returned to the library during 10 days.

16.It is forbidden to make copies of dissertations, literatures protected in archive fund and rare fund , note manuscripts, old note collections.

17.Only these citizens can use the library who complies with the rules of library with the written agreement.

Each citizen over the age of 16 can become a member of the Library of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic named after M.S.Ordubadi. 

For becoming a member of the library is required size with 3x4 and identity card.
